Q: The keyless entry transmitter does not open 2003 Honda Pilot driver door. It will unlock/lock the other 3 door
It will unlock/lock the other 3 doors once the driver door has been unlocked by the ignition key? Pressing the unlock button will flash the lights. Is the battery weak?
A: Sounds like a bad electric lock switch in the drivers door, if it will not open on the first push. Not sure about the flashing lights though.
Q: 2003 Honda Pilot rear blowers not working
My 03 pilot's rear blower went out a year ago. Anyone know what might be causing it?
A: honda had a service bulletin out on this condition. if you have no air coming out of the rear vents with the climate control set to AUTO then the problem is with a failed rear blower motor resistor. that resistor is located under the center console and is accessible from the drivers side.
you might want to ask you honda dealer if they can get a goodwill assistance type of repair from honda because of the service bulletin. the vehicle is out of the warranty on that part.

Where is the blower motor resistor located on the rear blower? The rear blowers suddenly stopped working in my 03 pilot. Is the problem the blower motor resistor or the blower motor?

Q: I have a 2003 Honda Pilot.?
When I put the key in the ignition the key won't turn. The anti-theft light is flashing whether the door is locked or unlocked. I've turned the steering wheel to the left (because it won't turn to the right) and I've had the battery check and it's fine. I still can't get vehicle to start. I only have one key to this truck and it's worked fine b4. I'm getting really frustrated, AAA just left and they couldn't' get it to start. Can anyone please shine some light on this situation?

A: I think your other answerer meant the shifter for park, reverse, neutral, drive, etc. Check that it is fully pushed up to park, if the shifter moved the car will not start, and people commonly miss it, then try to start the car again.

A: i own a repair shop,and there pretty good vehicles but all the ones i have seen seem to go through brakes pretty fast for some reason other than that i guess there all right,but the brake issue that would make me think twice about buying one,because that indicates a problem some where,good luck i hope this help,s.
Q: Fix for peeling door handles on Honda Pilot?
The interior door handles of my 2003 Honda Pilot are peeling. The "metallic" finish is coming off. It appears that it is just a metallic type of sticker affixed to a plastic handle. Has anyone else experienced this and how can you fix?
A: A lot of auto parts stores like Pep Boys, AutoZone, Advance Auto Parts, CarQuest, O'Reilly's, etc all have OEM replacement parts for door handles, window cranks, etc. Drop by one and see if they don't have one that matches yours. Otherwise, drop by your Honda dealer, go to the parts/service department and have them replace it, but you'll probably pay through the nose.

i am looking to buy a '03-'05 Honda Pilot. I need to know how the SUV runs before i get one. please help
A: Very smooth and comfortable. Pretty hard on gas, but still Honda good. If you don't need that much room, go for the CR-V, way better on gas, same luxury, less cost, and still really powerfull

A: my aunt has one and the trans. went out after 20,000 miles. warranty replaced it, but still what does that show for workmanship? i'd stay away...check out chevy trailblazer if you want...my mom has a 2003 with the 4.2 I6 and she's put 120,000 trouble free miles on it. also, it's great on gas and in the snow. just a thought.
